The success of therapy begins with finding a therapist that you feel connected with. My approach is relational, based on attachment theory. When working with my clients, I utilize Client centered therapy, CBT, Existential therapy, and EFT.
About me
I have 18 years of experiences in clinical practice as an individual therapist, a family therapist, and an evaluator from various mental health settings including domestic violence shelter, school settings, adult correctional facility, juvenile facility, non profit agencies, inpatient, and adolescent treatment facililty. Over the years, I received extensive training in attachment based approaches in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families who struggle with relationships issues, parent-child conflict, marital conflict, multicultural confllict, and life transition issues. In addition to my private practice, I am also working as a clinical supervisor at a clinic in Danville.
